For all orders (PAN India only), the shipping cost varies from Rs. 60 to Rs. 250, depending on the weight of the package and area to be delivered in.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
The estimated delivery timeline would be about 5-7 days from the time of order dispatched. For all Delhi NCR based orders, the delivery timeline would be 1-3 days after being dispatched from our end.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
All orders are processed in the next two days after being placed. The shipments are dispatched on weekdays only.

What is the return policy on QISSA by su.i?
None of our products are eligible for returns or exchanges.
How are refunds processed?
Only products which are damaged in transit are eligible for refund within 24 hours of receiving the package. In such a case, we will require a picture/video as proof of the same and for you to raise a request by writing to us at hello@qissabysui.com. We will try our best to generate your refund at the earliest.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at hello@qissabysui.com.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?
In case of cancelled orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from.
